* Document and process flow how your organization does things today to help identify where change should be focused whilst documenting the direct and indirect impacts of change(s) *

* Determine what conditions need to be met in order to define the business goals/objectives in terms of processes, people, and products (3 Ps) to be successful *

Gap / Risks Assessment / Feasibility

* Determine the gaps and issues through various techniques and advise on mitigation *

* Research and determine the feasibility of objectives through various means *

* Ensure all Risks associated with any activity is captured and mitigated *

Project Management Co-ordination

As a Business Analyst, I believe in chipping in when bandwidth exists and assisting with PM deliverables such as SOWs, Project Charters, RACI, etc.
